Site use

You may browse this site and submit enquiry, enrollment, contact, recruiter and event forms for genuine personal or business purposes. You agree not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site’s operation, or use automated tools to scrape or spam its forms.

Course information accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to keep course descriptions, curricula, durations and fees accurate and current. Course content, faculty and schedules may change between an enquiry and the start of a batch; we will confirm the final details with you before you enroll. Prices shown as “on request” are not yet confirmed and are provided during the admissions conversation instead.

Fees & refunds

Course fees are payable as agreed during enrollment, with EMI options available through our partner lenders where noted on a course’s page. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — this site currently has no confirmed refund/cancellation policy; a specific policy (notice period, partial-refund schedule, non-refundable deposit if any) should replace this paragraph before launch.]

Intellectual property

All course materials, curricula, and the design and content of this website belong to Arena Animation Surajkund or its licensors, except for student work shown in the portfolio and gallery sections, which remains the property of the student who created it and is shown with their permission. You may not reproduce course materials or website content for commercial use without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

This website and the information on it are provided “as is”. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, Arena Animation Surajkund is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site, or from temporary unavailability of the site itself, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
