Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Arena Animation Surajkund collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to every page on this site, including enquiry, enrollment, contact, recruiter and event registration forms.

Data we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address (if given), course or event interest, and any message you write. We also record the page you submitted from, and — where present — UTM campaign parameters from the link you arrived on, so we can see which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries.

We do not collect payment information on this site — there is no online checkout in this version of the site.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, admissions interest, recruiter request or event registration — by phone, email or WhatsApp, whichever you’ve used to reach us. We use UTM/page data in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful, never to identify you individually beyond your own submission.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given explicitly by checking the consent box on any form before submitting it. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the grievance officer below; we will stop using your data for future outreach, though we may retain a record of the original enquiry as described under Retention.

Retention

Enquiry and enrollment records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you enroll, for the duration of your course plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Sharing

We share form submissions with two processors acting on our behalf: our transactional email provider (which sends the notification email to our admissions team) and Google Sheets (where submissions are logged as a backup record). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not share it with any other party except where required by law.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it, subject to our own record-keeping obligations. To exercise any of these rights, contact the grievance officer below.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall traffic patterns (page views, general location, device type) — never to build an individual profile of you as a named person. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

WhatsApp communication

If you contact us via WhatsApp — including the site’s pre-filled “Chat on WhatsApp” links — that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy as well as this one. We use WhatsApp only to respond to enquiries you initiate; we do not add you to broadcast lists without separately asking first.

Children’s data

Some of our courses are open to students under 18. Where an enquiry or enrollment form is submitted on behalf of a minor, we expect it to be submitted by, or with the involvement of, a parent or guardian, whose contact details should be used on the form.
